• Airports

  

  Logan International Airport

  McCourt Construction is highly experienced and knowledgeable in the complex scheduling, safety, and security concerns associated with building at an airport. McCourt has built or rebuilt every taxiway, runway and apron at Logan International Airport – New England’s busiest air hub. Additionally, McCourt has installed fuel farms, built ferry landing docks, constructed rip rap barriers and seawalls, erected training facilities and installed secturiy systems at a number of airports throughout the northeast.

• Roads & Highways

  Over the years, McCourt Construction has had extensive experience working on both highways and busy urban streets. Among other projects, McCourt has worked on building new bridges; building tunnels; reconstructing interchanges; extending culverts under highways; building new cast-in-place, MSE, and EPS retaining walls; erecting several miles of noise barriers; installing new traffic cameras; relocating utilities; and recreating wetlands.

• Bridges & Tunnels

  McCourt Construction has built or rebuilt bridges over highways, surface streets, raid road tracks, as well as navigable bodies of water. The McCourt Construction team also has experience building or rebuilding tunnels under both land and water.

• Transit

  The McCourt Construction company has completed dozens of projects for transit and rail operators across Massachusetts. Ryan McCourt and his team are comfortable managing projects on or around active rail lines and bus-rapid-transit lines.

• Utilities

  McCourt Construction installed the entire Cable TV infrastructure for the cities of Boston, Sacramento, Palo Alto and several other municipalities throughout the United States.

• Site Development

  McCourt Construction has completed numerous site development projects for private developers, corporations, public agencies, as well as universities.

• Environmental

  The McCourt Construction team has the necessary training and experience to safely operate in contaminated sites. All McCourt foreman and superintendents are OSHA HAZWOPER 40 certified. In addition to working in contaminated sites, the McCourt team also has experience working in environmentally sensitive areas. The team has recreated wetlands; completed beach re-nourishment projects; rebuilt sea walls; excavated in contaminated river beds; and recreated salt marshes.

• Design Build

  McCourt Construction partners with engineering firms to deliver design-build turnkey projects to owners. They have completed work for both public and private owners to complete design build projects.
